Robyn Tingley | CEO
Robyn Tingley is a speaker, author and award-winning communications strategist who helps executive leaders engage their employees to drive higher performance. She has lived and worked around the world as a corporate HR and Communications executive for a Fortune 100 company with responsibilities spanning four continents. While building a global corporate career, Robyn launched three social enterprises before the age of 40, including GlassSKY Inc., which was launched in 2015 and born out of a passion to support female economic empowerment and next-generation leaders. Since then, GlassSKY has grown into a company that serves blue chip clients and government with a range of management consulting services, including strategic communications, creative design, research, and inclusion and diversity programs.
Janice Brown | Graphic Designer
Janice began her graphic design career more than 30 years ago, after graduating from Georgian College. Her experience is vast and includes award-winning annual reports, newspaper and magazine advertisements, vehicle graphics, infographics, point-of-sale, integrated direct mail, book design, PowerPoint, trade show displays, website design, social media graphics and logo design.
She has supported clients near and far, including some of the largest private and publicly traded companies around the world including Bell Aliant, GE Barbour, NB Power, Tourism New Brunswick, Network Newfoundland, New North Media, Innovatia, Ingram Micro, Mars Veterinary Health, Banfield Pet Hospitals, a Mars Company, Element Fleet Management, Lawson Creamer and BCAPI.
Jim McVicar | Graphic Designer
Jim has applied his design skills to practically every medium for 35 years and has been recognized with regional, national and international awards. His career includes middle- and senior-level roles with some of Atlantic Canada’s largest marketing and communications firms, where he has designed print advertising, packaging, collaterals, exhibits, logos, publications, presentations and various online graphics.
Jim has developed materials and complete campaigns for clients including Tourism New Brunswick, Irving Oil Limited, The Resilience Institute (Alberta), Mariner Partners, New Brunswick Medical Society, Ignite Fredericton, J.D. Irving, Limited, Juniper Farms, Atlantic Towing, Alpine Helicopters (Alberta), Northrup Group.
Fraser Smith | Senior Government Relations
and Strategic Communications Advisor
Fraser is a senior government relations and strategic communications practitioner. Fraser began his career with Fleishman-Hillard in Ottawa advising a host of clients including Air Canada, FedEx, Apple, Sony, Intel and Hewlett Packard.
After leaving Ottawa to move back to his home in New Brunswick, Fraser served as a public affairs manager for Bell Aliant and worked as a senior consultant at Revolution Strategy. At Revolution he advised a number of public and private clients such as Government of New Brunswick’s Department of Health, Saint John Regional Hospital, Irving Oil, Marwood.
He also worked as a subject matter expert for SkillSoft in Fredericton NB, developing and writing professional skills courses. His primary areas of focus were stakeholder relations, negotiating, and project management. Mr. Smith holds a Masters of Philosophy in Policy Studies from UNB and is a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)®.
