  • At the age of 27 became the youngest VP in the history of Bell Aliant, a Canadian leader in telecommunications (2003)
  • Appointed by Canada’s Prime Minister as one of 14 Canadians to a two-year term to advise on matters of sustainability (2004)
  • Appointed Vice President of HR for Ingram Micro, the world’s largest technology distributor, working and living globally leading HR for the European, North American, and Latin American divisions (2008-2015)
  • Named the Young Alumna of the Year by St. Francis Xavier (2011)
  • Launched CalChique, a social project that supports female entrepreneurs in developing economies with micro loans (2012)
  • Named one of the ‘Most Powerful & Influential Women’ by the California Diversity Council (2013)

She holds a degree in psychology from St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia and a post-baccalaureate degree in journalism from the University of King’s College in Nova Scotia. Her GPHR (Global Professional in HR) certification was earned in Luxembourg, and she has completed continuing executive education programs at Oxford University in the UK, the Paul Merage School of Business at University of California, Irvine, and McGill University in Montreal. Robyn also holds the Senior Certified Professional credentials earned through the Society of Human Resource Management.
